Released August, 2010
The Pros:Available for PC, PSN and Xbox Live. Cool visual style. Combo chains are fun to keep up.
The Cons:Gameplay is repetitive with little variation. Very little depth in the storyline. No online component.
The Shank is a 2D side-scrolling video game featuring single-player and co-op modes, both of which must be played locally. Released for the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, and on the PC, Shank has users travel on a 2D plane, while defeating animals with close-up and ranged weapons like knives, guns, and grenades.

The concept is very simplistic in that it’s similar to many 90s games, but the difference of course is the graphics, as well as the co-op functionality.
