Portal 2

$49.99 Released April, 2011

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Longer than the original, more like a full game than just a proof of concept - more than double in length! Excellent characters with great humour - retains the tongue and cheek nature and memorable quips of the first game. Contains an entirely separate co-op campaign mode - play as the robots in all the commercials, work as a team to solve different types of puzzles.

The Cons:Accompanied by a poorly planned marketing campaign that blackmailed gamers into buying extra games for the early release of Portal 2.

Portal 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the critically praised 2007 first person puzzle game, Portal. Following the events of the original game, the game follows the same protagonist 200 years in the future, in the now rebuilt compound that was left to degrade when the evil AI GladOS was destroyed.

ARG campaign leading up to the game's release was very interesting indeed. Much better than your average release of trailers, gameplay footage and then the game itself.
