MAG

Created by Sony for the Playstation 3, MAG is a first-person shooter video game that focuses on online play more than offline play. The game allows up to 256 players aligned with different private military corporations to battle each other at the same time across a worldwide battlefield.

In this unique type of gameplay, players engage in campaign and mission game modes to evolve the rank of their character through a leveling system that assigns experience points for actions taken in the game. As the game goes on, players can also experience in-depth customization that allows them to create their own character and weapons to help them through their missions. Highly detailed and meant for multiplayer use only, MAG hopes to set the bar for first-person shooters and gain the respect of other video game systems.
