In fact, there is no combat and users cannot defeat their enemies; all a user can do is FLEE. They are armed with a flashlight (Wii Remote) and use it to find their away around, while the button is utilized to move forward. To add to the fun, somebody else can initiate spontaneous fright scenes/events for the current player with a click of the second control. Users only have a limited time to escape though because once the flashlight runs out of battery power, they die.
