Players earn the chance to wield four heavy-duty weapons, they can jack any vehicle in the GTA-inspired city, and they have a chance to use a jetboard to navigate special platform levels, a la Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. Players explore a massive city on foot or by using a surfeit of hovering vehicles. There are also mini-games, such as races and skateparks to venture through, and many intriguing characters to experience.
