Hunted: The Demon's Forge

Hunted: The Demon's Forge is an action-adventure video game from Bethesda Softworks, developed in conjunction with inXile Entertainment. Utilizing the Unreal 3 graphics engine as seen in games like Unreal Tournament and Gears of War, this title features both single-player and co-operative gameplay for multi-user playability.

The game's two different characters - "E'lara" and "Caddoc"- offer two very different control and weaponry styles for player versatility: "Cover Mode" and "Melee Mode" respectively. Cover Mode involves smaller weapons like bows and daggers, while Melee Mode incorporates massive swords and clubs for various enemy and environment types. Spell-casting is also accessible, with a number of user-specific special attacks offered in addition to standard elemental techniques. Users can explore any number of Hunted's massive open-air environments, and also have the option of designing their own landscape via "The Crucible" - an integrated map editor. The addition of online playability further likens this title to its Unreal counterparts, with a wide variety of match configuration types for maximum replay value.
