FIFA 09 is the 16th installment of the FIFA series of soccer/football games released by EA Sports in October 2008 for the 2008/09 season. The game features many improvements (250 as quoted by EA Games) to the game, including many to gameplay physics and animations, as well as improvement to the online experience.

A notable new features is the "Be a Pro" (BAP) mode that allows you to play as a single player throughout the course of a game or even entire career. Also, new to the game is the addition of adidas Live Season, a feature that will automatically update player form based on how they are doing in the real world. FIFA 09 has been very well received by critics and is speculated to be the best soccer game every made, ousting Pro Evolution Soccer/Winning Eleven of its title.

#fifa_09 I LOVE THIS GAME. I have played many different FIFA versions going back to FIFA 97 for the SNES, and I am most impressed with the improvements in this version.
Add ekalvi to Xbox Live! if you want to play.
